1) Add the following argument to the ssh command:
-oKexAlgorithms=+diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha12) Add option to your ~/.ssh/config:

KexAlgorithms=+diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1Other options that might be relevant include HostkeyAlgorithms and Ciphers
